Care Teams

At Moorehall Healthcare, we believe it is essential to support and develop our staff. It is through our staff that we deliver our service, so getting selection, training and staff development right is very important to us. We have three different care teams:

Residential Team

On admission, the needs of new residents are assessed andevaluated by our residential team. A comprehensive care plan is developed in consultation with the resident, family and other services. A resident's progress and well-being are measured against the plan, which is reviewed and updated regularly. We provide social, recreational and religious activities to include visits to restaurants, scenic places and special events.

Homecare Team

Our team can provide hourly, live-in, overnight or weekend home care options. Our Homecare team will provide a flexible package of care to fit needs. All staff are employed directly by us, which means we deal with all the administering of payroll, taxes, PRSI and provide public and employers liability insurance.

We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week if any emergencies should arise. One of the benefits of using Moorehall Homecare is that we can respond at short notice.

Disability Service Team

Moorehall Disability Service provides a dedicated service for people who have an Intellectual Disability. Our team undertakes a range of services in dedicated, high quality community houses. The team also provides information and advice, and works very closely with families, the HSE, colleagues and other providers to ensure a seamless comprehensive care approach. Our team is friendly, professional and caring, always putting service users at the centre of what they do.
