  • Minimum of two references
  • Work permits and visas checked where necessary
  • Relevant qualifications

Effective Staff Engagement

1. Communications

All employees meet regularly and communicate openly within their household teams. To assist effective communications we have formal and informal approaches. For example we have structured meetings and regular staff briefings.

2. Training and Development

Moorehall provides a range of training opportunities for its staff whatever their level of qualification. Using a flexible combination of internally and externally provided courses alongside induction and staff development programmes, our staff gain appropriate skills and qualifications for each client group.
